A text goes only to a person who chose text reminders, or to the firm's own support number.
What it refuses
It answers no request of its own, so it publishes no refusal.
What can leave EstateDraft
Each action that can reach outside EstateDraft is declared in one registry with the channel it uses; the outbox refuses an action that is not declared.
