Every status follows one rule from this deployment's own configuration: a capability is marked shipped only when everything it needs is in place.
What it does
Places a legal hold that keeps a matter's every record and stored file from deletion in every channel, and closes, archives and unarchives a matter — an archived matter read-only for every person — each change on the record.
Keep in mind
Only the firm's attorneys and administrators place or lift a hold and archive a matter; a person is told only a hold's public reason, never the firm's detail, and an account deletion under a hold is refused whole.
