Every status follows one rule from this deployment's own configuration: a capability is marked shipped only when everything it needs is in place.
What it does
Checks that each case cited in a deep-research answer exists in CourtListener's database of opinions; a citator, once connected, adds its treatment.
Keep in mind
A case citation that cannot be checked is reported unverified, never marked verified.
What it refuses
It answers no request of its own, so it publishes no refusal.
What can leave EstateDraft
The registry declares no action of this capability that reaches outside EstateDraft.
