Every status follows one rule from this deployment's own configuration: a capability is marked shipped only when everything it needs is in place.
What it does
The statutes the platform cites are held verbatim, from two sources, each pinned by its SHA-256 fingerprint, and a daily check compares them with the official text.
Keep in mind
A page or document that cites a section outside the corpus fails the build.
Limits
- A state's documents are generated only once its corpus is released for generation.

Each action that can reach outside EstateDraft is declared in one registry with the channel it uses; the outbox refuses an action that is not declared.
