Every status follows one rule from this deployment's own configuration: a capability is marked shipped only when everything it needs is in place.
What it does
A finding or a deliverable reaches the firm's client only once approved, and the database accepts the approval only from an attorney of the verified firm or from a platform administrator under a recorded support-access grant.
Keep in mind
A paralegal, an outsider or an administrator without a grant cannot approve: the database refuses it, whatever the screen shows.
Limits
- A review decision is bound to the exact version reviewed; a later change needs a new decision.
